BEETS & ARUGULA SALAD
This is hands down my favorite thing at West & Main. Every time I go, I tell myself "you'll try a new thing this time", but I can't bear to not have it. It's composed so well with a really tasty dressing, and the pistachio pieces give it a lovely crunch. It's wonderful on it's own, but adding the chicken really makes it a deliciously satisfying but light meal. Please try it once - you will NOT regret this!
SPRING RISOTTO
Wonderful! I add shrimp and it was fantastic. Would definitely order again.

These are amazing! My veggie hating husband loves them too! I hope they are a regular menu item.

This dish was the best meal I ever had. I usually get shrimp and grits in Charleston SC and this was right up there with those flavors. We plan on coming back next month to have it again. Can't wait!!!
Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese
Legit the best Mac n cheese around! It can't get any better than this. It has a great layer of smoke. The cheese sauce is creamy, the noodles are awesome! I've tried numerous things from west and main, but this is the staple side dish I ALWAYS get!
